sara ann fazio1
Sara’s myspace here

Des Moines, Iowa. Sara Ann Fazio, a 27-year-old Des Moines woman was arrested Thursday for DUI…. performs strip routine in holding cell.

According to Des Moines police, an officer stopped Fazio for speeding and suspected DUI at about 2 a.m. Thursday morning.

Investigators say she became uncooperative – yelling at the officer and pulling away while shouting at passing cars. Officer Eric Hartman reported that he had to call for backup so that he could get her into custody. Once in the patrol car, Fazio reportedly spit on the window of the patrol car.

Fazio said she had to give a breath-alcohol test “16 times” and had trouble performing the field sobriety test at first because she was wearing 5 inch stiletto heels.

When police finally got Fazio back to the police station, that’s when they say Fazio initiated a strip tease that soon had her naked in the holding cell.

Officer Hartman wrote in his report “About midway through the implied consent advisory, this officer experienced a first after nine years on the department. The driver began stripping off all of her clothes while I read the implied consent advisory – one clothing piece at a time. Eventually, she got down to a point where she was completely naked and walking up and down the holding area.”

Fazio disputes that claim, however, stating that she pulled her jeans down only after the officer refused to take her to the bathroom.

The officer listed her employer as ‘The Lumber Yard’ a strip club in Des Moines. She admitted to working for the club in the past, but stated she hadn’t “worked there in years.”

“They just made that up,” she said.

Fazio now faces charges of drunk driving, speeding, assault on a police officer and interference with official acts.

Boynton Beach, Florida (The Weekly Vice) — Four thugs were arrested Wednesday after a woman, monitoring her home from work by remote surveillance, caught them robbing her home.

When burglars hit Jeanne Thomas’ home in October, she and her husband Tony lost thousands of dollars in jewelry and rare coins. When the thefts continued to occur, Thomas bought a Wilife live-video feed system and pointed the camera through a doggy door at the rear of the house.

On Wednesday, Jeanne had a “strange feeling something wasn’t right” and logged onto the video feed while at work. When the video loaded and began stream, the image of a man standing in her home suddenly appeared.

As burglars canvassed her home for theft-worthy goods, Jeanne called 911, pleading with the dispatcher to send help. She watched as they walked from room to room, searching for loot.

Jeanne sat at her computer monitor helplessly as the feed shorted out for about a minute. When it come back up, she watched the burglars carrying her son’s video game system out and stuffing their face with cheese from the refrigerator.

When cops arrived, they found two individuals inside the home: Curtis Williams, 20, and Steven Morales, 19. Two other thugs: Scott George, 20 and Jonathan Cruz, 20, were nabbed at a nearby residence. A crowbar, latex gloves and a screwdriver were recovered from the scene.

One of the burglars, Jonathan Cruz, was Thomas’ own neighbor. She told police that she has known him since he was 8-years-old. She even helped his family with Easter egg hunts. Now, it appears, he was conducting an Easter egg hunt in her own home.

The four men were booked into the Palm Beach County jail on charges of burglary and grand theft.

We Know This Is a Messed Up Situation But The Cat Cracked Me Up!!

Miss Maryland, Tia Shorts, Busted for Coke!!

Posted by thejamkingshow on April 5, 2009

GERMANTOWN, Md.– Montgomery County police have arrested four people, including former Miss Maryland USA, Tia Shorts, for narcotics and gun-related offenses after detectives executed search warrants at a residence in Germantown earlier this week.

Police say at about 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, detectives developed information that there was drug activity at an address on Pickering Court in Germantown. One suspect, identified by police as 30-year-old Joey Garcia King, of that same address, was seen leaving and stopped by officers. He was found to be in possession of heroin, cocaine, and an undisclosed amount of cash. Detectives then obtained a search and seizure warrant for the address.

A few hours later, police say, a vehicle was seen leaving the address and was stopped by officers. Located in the vehicle were quantities of cocaine, an undisclosed amount of cash, and a loaded handgun.

The occupants of the vehicle were identified by police as King’s brother and mother, James Gilbert King, 32, and Hyacinth King, 67, both of the 25100 block of Hickory Ridge Lane in Gaithersburg.

Detectives served the search and seizure warrant for the address and found ammunition, marijuana, and an undisclosed amount of cash. Tia Shorts, of that address, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine and marijuana.

Police also charged the three other suspects on drug and weapons charges. Joey King was charged with possession with the intent to distribute heroin and cocaine, possession of heroin, cocaine, and marijuana, and possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime. James King was charged with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime, and possession of a handgun in a vehicle. Hyacinth King was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime, and possession of a handgun in a vehicle.

On Pickering Court where Shorts lives, some neighbors say they had their share of suspicions about what was going on behind closed doors where police say Shorts lived with 30 year old Joey King.

“You’d see cars come up and stop come up and stop and then park and leave,” said one man.

Another woman added, “There was just a lot of odd people in and out.”

Joey King was ordered held on a $60,000 bond. James King was being held on $50,000 bond. Hyacinth King was held on $75,000 bond. Tia Shorts was held on $10,000 bond. They each posted bond and have been released.

Whitehead, Indiana, Michelle Owen, a 24-year-old Indiana woman attempting to turn ex-boyfriend in for downloading child porn, is arrested herself for bestiality.

According to police, Owen asked investigators to search her computer for child pornography, claiming that she believed her ex-boyfriend downloaded child pornography to it.

During the search, police came across two video files that allegedly showed Owen engaged in a sexual act with a dog.

Owen was reportedly incarcerated on a public intoxication charge when she signed a release volunteering her computer for testing. She had hoped investigators would locate child pornography files downloaded to her computer.

She told police that the video clips were recorded when she was intoxicated and then attempted to delete them the next day when she was sober. Obviously the delete button didn’t work.

Owen has now been charged with two felony counts of bestiality.

Jamie Foxx claims he was gripped by fear when an unknown man forced his way into the actor’s hotel room while Jamie was still inside. It all went down at the AKA Hotel in Philadelphia on March 22 sources say Jamie had to physically struggle to shove a 49-year-old perp out of his room, after the guy tricked Foxx into thinking he was Beyonce’s producer.

We’re told Jamie realized something was wrong as soon as he opened the door, but the suspect quickly tried to push his way inside. Fortunately, Jamie overpowered him and slammed the door in his face. Law enforcement sources say the man, later identified as Willie Brown (pictured above in a 2006 booking photo), then fled from the scene.

But Tuesday 9 days after the alleged incident Jamie’s private security spotted Brown just a few blocks away from the hotel and contacted police. Brown was arrested for burglary, criminal threats, stalking, false imprisonment and harassment.

NJ girl, 14, arrested after posting nude pics

Posted by thejamkingshow on March 27, 2009

TRENTON, N.J. – A 14-year-old New Jersey girl has been accused of child pornography after posting nearly 30 explicit nude pictures of herself on — charges that could force her to register as a sex offender if convicted.

The case comes as prosecutors nationwide pursue child pornography cases resulting from kids sending nude photos to one another over cell phones and e-mail. Legal experts, though, could not recall another case of a child porn charge resulting from a teen’s posting to a social networking site.

MySpace would not comment on the New Jersey investigation, but the company has a team that reviews its network for inappropriate images. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped off a state task force, which alerted the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office.

The office investigated and discovered the Clifton resident had posted the “very explicit” photos of herself, sheriff’s spokesman Bill Maer said Thursday.

“We consider this case a wake-up call to parents,” Maer said. The girl posted the photos because “she wanted her boyfriend to see them,” he said.

Investigators are looking at individuals who “knowingly” committed a crime, he said, declining to comment further because the case is still being investigated.

The teen, whose name has not been released because of her age, was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography. She was released to her mother’s custody.

If convicted of the distribution charge, she would be forced to register with the state as a sex offender under Megan’s Law, said state Attorney General Anne Milgram. She also could face up to 17 years in jail, though such a stiff sentence is unlikely.

Some observers — including the New Jersey mother behind the creation of Megan’s Law — are criticizing the trend of prosecuting teens who send racy text messages or post illicit photos of themselves.

Maureen Kanka — whose daughter, Megan, became the law’s namesake after she was raped and killed at age 7 in 1994 by a twice-convicted sex offender — blasted authorities for charging the 14-year-old girl.

The teen needs help, not legal trouble, she said.

“This shouldn’t fall under Megan’s Law in any way, shape or form. She should have an intervention and counseling, because the only person she exploited was herself.”

Called “sexting” when it’s done by cell phone, teenagers’ habit of sending sexually suggestive photos of themselves and others to one another is a nationwide problem that has confounded parents, school administrators and law enforcers.

Prosecutors in states including Pennsylvania, Connecticut, North Dakota, Ohio, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Wisconsin have tried stop it by charging teens who send and receive the pictures.

In northeastern Pennsylvania, a prosecutor recently threatened to file child porn charges against three teenage girls who authorities say took racy cell-phone pictures that ended up on classmates’ cell phones.

The MySpace case may be a first, though.

“I’m not sure I’ve seen a prosecution like this coming out of a social networking site,” said Seth Kreimer, a constitutional law professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

Milgram, the attorney general, could not recall another such case in New Jersey. She cautioned parents to get on those sites and monitor what their kids are talking about and posting.

“Unfortunately, youth don’t have the same judgment as adults,” she said, “and often, adults don’t have the same technical savvy as the youth.”
