Angelina Jolie giving money to Octo-Mom?

Posted by thejamkingshow on March 31, 2009

Angelina Jolie might be donating money to her creepy doppleganger Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman. Granted, this news comes by way of Star, so take it with a grain of salt – the size of a minivan:

“Angelina is worried about the best interests of the kids,” explains a source. “As a mom of six, she knows how chaotic and costly raising a big family can be.”
And while the money would no doubt help Nadya pay for everything from clothes to schooling, Angelina, 33, does have some misgivings about the gift, notes the source.
“She doesn’t necessarily approve of Nadya, and she doesn’t want to turn the situation into even more of a circus.”

Of course, a practical solution would be for Angelina to install a private Starbucks in Octo-mom’s house, so she’ll spend more time with her brood. Then again, that’ll just end in Britney Spears crashing through the skylight. Dammit, there’s just no easy answer to this thing is there? Which is why it’s important for parents to talk to their kids about the uterus: It’s not a gatling gun.

Rush Limbaugh To New York: Drop Dead

Posted by thejamkingshow on March 31, 2009

Aren’t we all tired of these nutbags like Limbaugh,Hannity,Coulter,Laura Ingraham, michelle bachman, pat buchanan, and the whole Faux Fix News network, these are the idiots that try to keep America down and try to create a revolution, I have never seen such hate and racism before in America, and I find it very disturbing that some people listen and actually follow these scumsbags. Take a good look at these fools America these are the ones that want usrush_dil all to fail. So to Rush drughead Limbaugh, you DROP DEAD, from all the hate you spew and drugs you eat.

Rush Limbaugh, in the midst of a tirade on Monday’s radio show against New York Governor David Paterson’s tax increases, denounced the state and announced that he was vacating it immediately.

Limbaugh, who claims that he pays per-diem city and state New York taxes, said that he would sell his New York condominium and visit the state as little as possible:

“And I try to go as little as possible. If it weren’t for hurricanes down here, I would never go up there. New York is the escape valve in case hurricanes are showing up in our area, because of the loss of electricity. So I’ll tell you what I’m going to do. I’m going to look for an alternative studio somewhere outside New York, perhaps Texas — another no-income-tax state — and I’m going to get the hell over there, when a hurricane starts coming our way, ’cause I told Mayor Bloomberg: I’ll be the first to lead the way. You know, this is just… I’ll sell my apartment. I’ll sell my condominium. I’m going to get out of there totally, ’cause this is just absurd, and it’s ridiculous — and it isn’t going to work. It’s punishing the achievers for the mistakes and the lack of discipline on the part of a bunch of corrupt politicians that have run that city and state into the ground for I don’t know how many years — and I, for one, am not going to take the blame for it…”

This is excellent news. Impressive.
I will gladly give them my business

NEW YORK — Drugstore operator Walgreen will offer free clinic visits to the unemployed and uninsured for the rest of the year, providing tests and routine treatment for minor ailments through its walk-in clinics _ though patients will still pay for precriptions.

Walgreen said patients who lose their job and health insurance after March 31 will be able to get free treatment at its in-store Take Care clinics for respiratory problems, allergies, infections and skin conditions, among other ailments. Typically those treatments cost $59 or more for patients with no insurance.

Hal Rosenbluth, chairman of the Take Care Health Systems division, described the plan as something close to an experiment: He said Walgreen isn’t sure of patient demand or how much providing the services might cost the company.

It’s likely to generate more attention for the clinics, however. Rosenbluth said a typical Take Care patient tells eight other people about his or her experience. So far, about 30 percent of Take Care patients were new customers to Walgreen.

The program is expected to last through the end of 2009. Walgreen runs 341 Take Care clinics in 35 markets around the country, including Chicago, Atlanta, Miami and Cleveland.

Free services will be offered only from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Walgreen said it will not offer free checkups, vaccinations or other injections because it is focusing on providing services patients might otherwise get at an urgent-care center or even an emergency room.

Patients must present proof they are unemployed, including a federal or state unemployment determination letter and an unemployment check stub. They will have to sign a form at the clinic saying they have lost their jobs and health benefits. If they find a new job or get new health insurance, they will no longer be eligible for free care.

Spouses and children are also eligible for free services if they don’t have insurance of their own.

Medical lab operator Quest Diagnostics is participating in the program by offering free tests for step throat and urinary tract infections.

Walgreen bought the Take Care clinics in May 2007. Take Care says it has seen about 1.2 million patients since its launch in November 2005 and estimates that up to 30 percent of them were uninsured.

Beat Down From Laid-Off Car Dealership Employee

Posted by thejamkingshow on March 31, 2009

In boom times a car dealership scuffle would be mere tawdry spectacle. But with the auto industry playing a starring role in an epic recession, the video of an employee fracas at a dealership in Wayland, Mich. acquires some poignancy.

Employees at the Wayland Chevrolet dealership fought last Friday after learning in the morning that the dealership would be closing. They had drinks at lunch, according to local police, and then “one thing led to another.” One man may be charged with disorderly conduct, according to the Grand Rapids News.

A local TV station caught the fight on camera. The news team was at the dealership to do a story on the dealership’s closing, which will cost the local economy 30 jobs.

The reporter followed up with one of the men involved in the fight:

“Does it really matter how hard that you work because there’s always somebody a little above you that has the right to control every decision, every ounce of energy that you put forth?” the man said. “Don’t you have the right to be a little bit mad when somebody says, ‘Hey, we’re all done’?”

That’s why they are killing us. Some people haven’t bought an American car in 20 years. They had no reason to buy an American car. people are tired of bailouts and excuses. Time to let them go. It’s not the job of the government to save companies. Never has been. Detroit needs to start building better and cheaper cars. That’s the only way they will survive.

rihanna before incident

Princess Ri Ri is demanding that Breezy make his apology public…say, in front of about 100 million viewers:

Just days from being arraigned on “making criminal threats” and assault charges, R&B singer Chris Brown is said to be considering a visit to Oprah’s famous couch! Reportedly requested by Rihanna, Brown’s apology comes on the heels of Oprah’s rumored invite issued to Rihanna to come on the show and talk about her relationship with Brown and the alleged altercation Feb. 8. Instead of visiting Oprah herself, Rihanna is rumored to have asked Brown to not only pay a visit to Oprah but apologize to her on the mogul’s couch before the world. Sources affiliated with Look Magazine say “Rihanna has been talking to Oprah Winfrey on a regular basis since late February when Oprah begged her not to take Chris back. She’s been having second thoughts about them being back together.””Agreeing to go on Oprah’s show and tell the world how sorry he is will help make up her mind,” the insider went on to tell Look Magazine.

Apologizing in front of a few million strangers is not going to help this situation. But, hell, we sure will be watching…SMH.

And, in other news, Rhi’s camp is pissed that low-life Z-lister, Frankie Delgado is spreading bullsh*t rumors about her swirling:

FRIENDS of Rihanna are furious with Z-list scenester Frankie Delgado. After sightings popped up of the singer at Nobu and Le Deux in Los Angeles chatting with Delgado and Brody Jenner, spies said, “Frankie is total bull[bleep] and is now using her to try and get press on himself. He got her to come to Le Deux and then sold her out so he could see his name in print.

Michael Steele Claims He’s Done Reaching Out To Obama!

Posted by thejamkingshow on March 29, 2009

First of all where was I when all this reaching out one arm miget man talk was going on? It’s clear that Micheal is a complete idiot and a right wing nut!!! How can this fool be done and he has never really started. Why does the media insist on speaking to these clowns? Just because we get worked up about it and can’t stand none of the republican mascots doesn’t mean this is a story we care about. Other than raises our blood pressure or laugh there is no story. They are irrelevant, hasn’t the media figured out we will not believe anything that comes from that side until someone with common sense starts speaking on their behalf. ok here is the story!

RNC Chairman Michael Steele said he is “done” reaching out to the president, having apparently been rebuffed in his previous attempts to start a dialogue. In an interview with CNN that aired over the weekend, the Maryland Republican said he could detect no bipartisanship coming from the White House, stating that Barack Obama “has got a little thing about me that I haven’t quite figured out.”

The remarks were a new installment in yet another bizarre interview given by the Republican National Committee chair. As aired earlier, Steele told CNN that he would contemplate a presidential run if God told him the time was right. He also claimed to have strategically planned his squabble with Rush Limbaugh, in which he called the radio talk show host’s work incendiary and ugly.

In the clips that aired on CNN this weekend, Steele delved once more into the interpersonal psychoses of politics, quickly dismissing questions over whether he was jealous of Obama’s ascension to the White House.

“What would I be jealous of?,” he said. “I’m chairman of the RNC, so, what’s your point? We both have leadership responsibilities and roles. I’m not equating the two. My point is: you are on your track. I’m on my track. You do your thing. I do my thing.”

see video:

STEELE: Look, I like the president personally, even though I think he has got a little thing about me, that I haven’t quite figured out what that is.

CNN: You haven’t spoken to him?

CNN: You’ve reach out?
STEELE: Several times, and I’m done.

CNN: So there is no bipartisanship going on there?
STEELE: Not, not that I know of.

CNN: Is there any professional jealousy?
STEELE: Not on my part. What would I be jealous of?

CNN: He’s the president of the United States.
STEELE: I’m chairman of the RNC, so, what’s your point? We both have leadership responsibilities and roles. I’m not equating the two. My point is: you are on your track. I’m on my track. You do your thing. I do my thing.

Drug Gangs Drive Eva Mendes, Josh Hartnett Movie Out Of Mexican Town

Posted by thejamkingshow on March 29, 2009

What are they doing over there in the first place!! you see on the news everyday about all the drama and killings going on over there!! gezzzz

Mexican drug cartels don’t like rivals treading on their territory; they don’t like the police poking around; and now, it seems, they don’t much care for Hollywood taking an interest in their business.

Producers of a film about the murder of a cocaine smuggler, which would have starred Eva Mendes, Josh Hartnett and Sir Ben Kingsley, have been forced to abandon filming on the Mexican coast after the movie-makers received death threats.
